Virtual PPA between Daicel and Hexa Renewables Japan
HEXA Renewables Japan Co., Ltd. (CEO: Chenhua Shen, hereinafter "HEXA Renewables Japan"), a group company of Hexa Energy Service GK (Chairperson: Yuko Shah, CEO: Yoichiro Mizuta, hereinafter "HEXA Energy Service"), have entered into a virtual PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) of distributed solar power with Daicel Corporation (hereinafter "Daicel") *1

Under this Virtual PPA, solar power plants solely dedicated to Daicel will be installed by HEXA Renewables Japan and managed by HEXA Energy Service. We will contribute to reduction of CO2 emissions by newly generated environmental value from those solar plants, which will begin operation sequentially from mid of 2026.
