Hexa Energy Services Kicks Off 30 MW BESS Project in Tagawa, Fukuoka – Powered by Sungrow, EPC by Shirokuma Power, COD Targeted for 2026

We have started construction of our first BESS project (30MWac) in Tagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.

Sungrow supplies the BESS system, while Shirokuma Electric Power Co. works with us as the balance-of-plant EPC contractor.
The BESS system is scheduled to be operational in 2026.

Hexa Energy Services will continue to promote renewable energy deployment and to provide critical ancillary/balancing services in Japan to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
